Bank Transfers will be made through a service like Wise and Remitly. All information provided should match official bank statements. Failure to do so will result in payment delays or cancellation. Wise also requires an additional address that matches your listed address to confirm that you are the real owner of your bank account.
If your country cannot receive from either Wise or Remitly, we retain the right to switch to the other provider. If neither service supports your country, then we will notify you and ask what payment method you would like to change to.

Notion Database:
We will be storing your Legal Name within Notion database for tax purposes, and also to ensure that we pay the correct person when payments are requested. We will also be storing your payment email so that we may contact you in case of any errors or failures.
Your Country name will be stored as your currency is required to issue payments. Your payment method(s) will also be retained for tax filing purposes.
If you choose to use Ko-fi as your payment method, your Ko-fi link will be kept inside Notion for reference.
All other information will be redacted with an [X] in Notion but kept separately in your respective payment method (below), which is encrypted by the payment method’s company and secure.
Payment Method:
Your legal name, banking information, country, address, and all other information provided will be stored within a reputable and verified third-party payment service. By requesting a payment and submitting your information to receive money, you agree to have your payment details be retained on your selected payment method’s site.
If you choose to update your payment information in the future or switch to a different provider, previous information may be kept unless specified for deletion. However, prior payment transactions will be retained for up to one year for tax filing purposes.
